Second Day and Night Halt The second day journey starts with bath in the Kardama Kund, followed by puja (worship) in the temple of Kardameshvara. The shrines in the route starts from Naganatha, Shiva as lord of snakes. Travelling from Kardameshvara towards Bhimachandi, the pilgrims to visit 20 sacred shrines and images whereupon they offer rice, flowers, sweets, and the holy water of the Ganga along the way.
