Kapal Bhairav (Lat Bhairav) has also been called the judge of Bhairav, in which the seat (place) of Ashta Pradhan Bhairav has eight posts here, all eight Bhairavs come and sit at their respective places and tell the problems of their respective areas. And here the judges (judges) of Bhairavs listen to their problems and decide them. This is the reason why Pt. Kuber Nath Sukul ji has also mentioned Nau Bhairav in his book.
