Fourth Day and Night Halt- The fourth day journey starts with taking bath in the Varuna river and puja in the temple of Rameshvara. Asankhyata Linga- Across the Varuna river, at the left bank in the shady trees of holy fig and Ficus in the open exits a lingam, representing the spirit of innumerable (asankhya-) sacred places (tirthani) standing on a platform over which a roof is supported by four pillars.
