According to the story described in Kashi Khand, Chintamani Vinayak form of Shri Ganesha is included in Ekadash Vinayak Yatra out of the fifty-six Vinayaks located in Varanasi. It is believed that with the blessings of Chintamani Ganesha, the devotees get solutions to all kinds of problems and happiness in their life. And peace resides. The temple opens daily from 5:30 am to 11:00 am and from 05:00 pm to 9:00 pm for darshan-worship by the devotees. Aarti takes place here at 7:30 pm.
