Temple of Kapileshwar Mahadev, before Durga Ghat Brahmacharini, Kapileshwar Linga is under the house in Kapileshwar Gali. Darshan is done from outside in the street by looking down. If you want to see by touch, then on calling the landlord, he can open it and give you darshan. Shiva's world is attained only by his darshan.
