Hans Teerth was a huge Teerth which was a big lake near Krittivaseshwar Linga, which has now been bridged and a big telephone tower has been installed by the Municipal Corporation. This area has been named Hartirath after the name of this Hans Teerth. At present, the temple of Hanstirtheshwar Linga is still standing near it. Devotees can worship Hanstirtheshwar Mahadev by meditating on Hans Teerth.
