There is a huge Shiva Linga under the ground in the Tilbhandeshwar temple complex, its name is Vibhandeshwar. They can be seen from above only. There is also a way to go down from the side. Devotees can go and have darshan on their own. By worshiping this linga, one gets all the virtuous benefits of living in Kashi and in the last moment the creature gets salvation.
